The Casa Colinas Retreat is all about relaxation and rejuvenation.  A variety of yoga sessions are combined with plenty of free time to spend as you please.   Early morning mediation and gentle hatha yoga sets you up for the day ahead where the time is yours to relax by the pool with a good book, go to the beach or explore the local area.  As the day cools down we come together again in the late afternoon for our yoga practice.  Our aim is to work intimately with our clients to suit individual needs.  This is the perfect retreat for anyone that is just starting yoga or would like to deepen their own practice even more. You will be well looked after as bring about vibrancy, increased energy and deep relaxation.

Casa de Colinas is a Luxury Villa in Lagos in the western Algarve of Portugal.  It is situated about 60 minutes from Faro Airport.  Set in beautiful landscaped gardens, the villa has its own private swimming pool, a terrace with plenty of loungers as well as a covered outdoor lounge area with BBQ.

Accommodation

The villa sleeps 8 in 4 rooms with either a double or twin beds.  All rooms are ensuite and with air conditioning.

Bookings are welcomed from individuals, friends and couples.  We can also cater for families and private groups who would like to experience their own exclusive retreat. A personalised schedule can be organised on request.

Food

This retreat is half board with breakfast, and then either lunch or dinner provided.  On days when dinner is not included we will eat at a local restaurant, or you are welcome to use the cooking facilities in the villa.

7 nights half board including 2 daily yoga sessions and meditation – £575 excluding flights

NB. Flights to Faro are available with aerlingus and easyjet for around £60 per person including taxes.
